    yay! it's working. this this wasn't working for me a while ago! how are you michelle? what kind of car did you end up getting? I loved your pictures of the beach by the way.. you are lucky to live so close to such a beautiful beach!

    hey michelle... yeah, I played slots.. monopoly and this other one called party something or other.. it took my money fast! My friend rosa was trying to teach me roulette last time she was here and it was fun but I feel so intimidated going up to those tables sometimes... I know how to play blackjack too but again I feel nervous doing it at a casino! dumb, I know! anyway.. talk to you later!

    the tracy anderson video is probably about 45 minutes long I'd say but I think you can do it in sections too if you want.. so if you just want to do arms you can do that. Oh, I forgot to tell you, the zumba videos can only be bought online I think!

    so last night I ended up losing 90 dollars at the casino! LOL.. but it was fun anyway and was something different to do. How was your dinner at your friends house?

    Wow Marci - that sounds tough but good. I get bored easily and like a bit of a challenge when I'm doing a DVD workout. How long was it? I just started getting back into the DVD's. I actually have an old Jack Lalane one that I like - LOL! I really enjoyed TaeBo but I don't have any of the recent ones. I was looking at the DWTS one at Target the other day too. Lately I've been doing a Leslie Sansone one - she does the "walking away the pounds" stuff - but the one I have is actually geared towards prepping you for a 5K. I like it but it gets a bit boring if I do it too often. The pilates one I have is broken out into 10 minute sessions (5 of them) so you can either do one or all five which i like. I think I'm going to see what I have and do one of them tomorrow morning - I'll let you know!

    so the workout was tough michelle.. but GOOD! I can tell if I do this 5 days a week it will REALLY make a difference! It was all strength moves.. first she did leg work by using a chair to keep your balance and you basically lift your legs in all different ways.. then she did arms.. and wow! they really worked me out! My arms were burning.. then they did abs... I'm going to try to do it at least 4 days a week! what's your favorite video work out?

    I got a video by a woman named tracy anderson.. she is supposedly the trainer to gwenyth paltrow and madonna.. I'll let you know how it is! it's a mat workout and is supposed to really work.. I have a TON of work out videos .. yoga, pilates, zumba, dancing, I guess I just have to USE them huh? lol. well, I'm gonna go try it out now.. I'll let you know what I think... have a great time at your friends house!

    lol.. depends on what's for dinner I'd think! but seriously though, when I saw you in December you look like you are pretty healthy already so a night of eating at a friends house probably wouldn't be TOO bad. lol. am I a bad influence or what?

    I work for a company michelle.. you're self employed right? so do you have anything fun going on this weekend? I think we are going to the casino tonight.. I wanted to do something different.. I really only allow myself to gamble away 40-50 dollars once in a while (maybe every 4 or 5 months) so it's not too bad! I've finished work and I've been cleaning house for a few hours and now I'm gonna hang out here for a while then work out at home.. I got a new work out video that I'm excited to try!

    aww, thanks michelle... I have to work overtime this morning AGAIN but other than that the day is ok. we've been going to the gym and I've lost one pound already! lol.. I guess it's a start! have a good day too!
