Disney book

Last week or so I heard a book mentioned on one of my Disney podcasts but did didn't write the authors name down. The author is also a well known tech blogger/writer and his book has been recorded into a series of podcasts. I hear this guys name on tech podcasts as well. For some reason I'm drawing a blank and I don't remember which podcast I heard this referenced on. If anyone could help me pout that would be great. Thanks.
