EPIC OCTOBER 2 is just around the corner now, in fact I think I can almost smell that halloween candy.

Here is the updated essential guide to the BOGP meets & activities going on.

Tee time with Adam - I know that Adam, Dennis, Mike, Mog (my DH) & Barry ( Sarah DH) are looking at playing on one of the fantasic Disney courses, for course costs etc. please see Adams post
Monday 3rd October - Tee time 10.30AM

Afternoon Tea - So with the boys hitting silly balls around Disney, we thought our own Tea time was in order over at the GF. I have booked ADR for Afternoon Tea for Monday 3rd October @ 2pm for 12 guests. Myself, Suzie, Nichole, Jackie, Rachel +newbie, Dawn, Sarah, Melissa, Gail, Pam & Joanne Please if you decide you cant or don't want to come anymore then please let me know so I can open the space up to someone else.

MNSSHP - Sunday 2nd October - Meet up at Pirates of the Caribbean 7.00PM

BOGP Big Meet Up - Friday Sept 30th - Kick of this years Food & Wine Festival with the BOGP Crew. Sip; Snack & Chat around world show case, starting in Canada at 10.30am

I like October 2nd date for MNSSHP as well. Is it true you're gonna have a corn dog meet in Frontierland, Nic?? If not, there needs to be.

Awesome, thanks for getting this started! I'm already booked for Epic October 2.0 from Thursday - Monday.

October 2 would be my choice for MNSSHP as well. Would love a corn dog meet!

I'd love to do the tea with you girls if the day/time works out. The only thing I really have officially planned is dinner with some friends on Friday night and the 5K and 1/2 relay on Saturday.

I'm assuming there will be another live show taping? Wonder if it will be Friday afternoon like last year? That seemed to be a good time I think.

Is this just a weekend full of events? If not how long does this last? I will not be in that particular weekend but may be able to fly down on Monday. the beginning of the month is extremely hard for me to take off, but now I'm only limited to the first 3 days and not the first 2 weeks I would love to come down.

We are actually working on a date for our Live Show taping during this time and finding a suitable location.. Who would have thought that the 3 BR Treehouse would be too small!

We will shoot for Friday afternoon, though.. That was a great time!

Thanks Nicky for getting this started. As far as the golf outing is concerned, I have spent the weekend gathering information, rates, course info, etc. I plan on posting some more details this week(since I'm off of work most all week) and take a poll as far as which dates work best for us, and what all of our options are. So look for this info in the next few days. Also, with golf you can't make tee times until you are 90 days out. So we'll decide what's best for all of us, but will have to wait a while before we actually book a tee time.

Can't wait for #epicoctober 2011...Friday afternoon sounds great Mike again for the Live Show, and whatever you all think about MNSSHP.

I am all for MNSSHP on Sunday the 2nd, in fact, I had it penciled into my schedule! It will be my first Disney "party" so I can hardly wait!

Not sure going to the tea is in the budget but it sure sounds like fun!

Anybody up for a Yehaa Bob meet? Even though we stayed at POR 3 years ago I have never seen him. I'd love to go on Friday night, September 30th. Show is at 8:30. Anyone?

I think some will be down for just the weekend but many are taking a longer trip. We will be there 9/29-10/6. Would love to meet any BOGP family members!

EVENT CANCELLATION!!!!

The Attention to Detail Scavenger Hunt for Oct. 1st at WDW is CANCELLED, because of circumstrances beyond our control.
We are very sorry!!!


KeithB and I are planning to do the 2nd annual "Attention to Detail Scavenger Hunt".
Not date set yet, but perhaps Friday morning 9/30 or Saturday 10/1. Stay tuned for the time and place.

I would love to do the Afternoon Tea with all of you, if there are not conflicts.
